At One Surgical Clinic & Surgery, we provide treatment and surgical management of colorectal cancers, hernias, anal conditions, haemorrhoids, and polyp removal. Our doctor, Dr Ng, has over 20 years of clinical experience in laparoscopic and robotic surgery techniques, known for being minimally invasive and requiring a reduced recovery period. Dr Ng Chee Yung
Senior Consultant Colorectal Surgeon

Former President, Society of Colorectal Surgeons Singapore
Singapore Colorectal Surgeon, Dr Ng has been in clinical practice for over 20 years with more than 10 years as a specialist colorectal surgeon. He is honoured to be former President of the Society of Colorectal Surgeons Singapore (SCRS).
His passion has been in advancing the practice of (keyhole) minimally invasive surgery (MIS). These days, Dr Ng routinely employs MIS for both simple (e.g. appendix, gallbladder) and complicated (e.g. colorectal cancer) cases.

Fan Xueting
Nursing Manager
With over 12 years in nursing, Xueting specialises in general surgery, colorectal surgery, and clinical knowledge. Her experience ranges from simple wound dressing to complex wound care that may require Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (NPWT). Additionally, she provides stoma care for patients and caregiver support post-discharge, and has worked in Colorectal Surgical High Dependency (HD).

With over 12 years in nursing, Xueting specialises in general surgery, colorectal surgery, and clinical knowledge. Xueting was admitted to the director’s list for outstanding academic performance for her Diploma in Nursing. She also completed an advanced medical/surgical diploma and obtained her Bachelor of Science (Nursing).
She was awarded service champion for 2011, 2012, and 2014, along with the Singapore Health Quality Service Award (Gold & Silver).
Additionally, Xueting was appointed as a Nursing Process Improvement Council member to provide expertise, leadership, and guidance in process improvement initiatives.
Xueting has been a part of the One Surgical Clinic family since 2016.
Goh Jie Ling
Senior Enrolled Nurse / Senior Executive
With over 15 years of experience in nursing, Jie Ling is an experienced enrolled nurse in Major Operating Theatres and a Diabetic Foot Care Nurse at the National University Hospital (NUH). She then went on to work as Senior Executive Assistant in Medical Affairs Education.

Senior Staff Nurse
With over 8 years of nursing experience, Hui Yee graduated with a Diploma in Nursing before going on to work in a Cardiology ward. There she focused on caring for patients with various conditions, such as heart disease and those in need of both preoperative and postoperative care.

Additionally, Hui Yee completed her Bachelor of Science (Nursing) with distinction and received the Singapore Health Quality Service Award (Gold & Silver).
Hui Yee has been part of the One Surgical Clinic family since 2021.
